CONCEPT CONSULTATION

We offer a free consultation. It's an opportunity for us to come and meet, to see if your idea has legs and explore the potential of your property.  We will discuss the development of a brief,  substantial planning consideration, building regulations, potential design opportunities and answer any questions you may have about undertaking a building project.

After the meeting, we will send you a short report that will summarise the brief and any further potentials we foresee. We provide you our insight into planning and policy related to your site, offering you greater clarity on how to progress.

PLANNING SURVEY

To create a realistic design and a complete planning application, a survey needs to be conducted. This can be conducted at different of levels of detail  depending on your need and speed.

DESIGN DRAFT

If you are wishing to explore further, without committing to the full design process we can produce a draft design which will present you with a rough plan highlighting design options and potential. This will give you something tangible to look at before you take the next step

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

From surveyed drawings, we develop a design to achieve the points in your brief. We will meet and consult with you regularly to further develop the design to your satisfaction.

PLANNING CONSULTATION

Submitting to Planning and managing the application can be a long and confusing process. We are happy to offer our extensive experience of managing planning applications and communicating with planners to ensure that your application is processed properly.

As the application progresses we will be on hand to talk you through your options and amend designs as needs be.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Throughout, we bring together and liaise with Party Wall Surveyors, Structural Engineers, Contractors and any other required consultants. Our project management ensures the smooth-running of the project.

INTERIOR DESIGN

As well as architectural design, we make sure that the end-result of all interiors is exactly how you want it, offering guidance on design and contacting suppliers and manufacturers.

CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS

We produce technical drawings and specifications for the builders to tender and work from.

OVER SEEING CONSTRUCTION

We will help you to select builders and run the tender process. We also undertake building contract administration and procurement, and conduct regular site visit and inspection to ensure smooth construction process.

THE LOT

If you are looking for speedy and easy service and want to go straight ahead, we also offer the traditional model of undertaking your project upfront. We develop the brief, create the designs and manage a smooth delivery, allowing you to participate as much as you like.
